Blake Griffin Out with Elbow Injury, Lillard Will Replace Him in All Star Game

Blake Griffin will be out indefinitely due to elbow surgery, the team announced Sunday morning. This will be the first time that Blake has been out with major injury since his first season when he missed the entire season after he suffered a knee injury in the last game of the preseason.
