Former NBA Player Gets Upset, Throws Temper Tantrum in China Playoff Game

Game 3 of the CBA quarterfinal between Qingdao DoubleStar and Shanxi Zhongyu got interesting. Before Qingdao completed the sweep, numerous players — including several former NBAers — were involved in fights, and that wasn’t even the end of it. I can’t make out everything that’s going on in this video, but here we have former NBA journeyman Von Wafer straight-up rocking Qingdao’s Xudong Luo in the tummy, then throwing a chair into the crowd:

You’re not supposed to do that! Wafer got ejected at some point during that outburst. Later on, former Grizzlies big man Hamed Haddadi tries to give Shanxi’s Jeremy Tyler, a Knick last season, a post-defeat hug after Tyler hit him in the face earlier. Tyler is not interested and pushes him away:

After they are separated, Tyler suggests everyone resume fighting outside the locker rooms:

Good times in China.
