Hawks Take Down the Warriors, 124-116

Jeff Teague scored 23 points and the Atlanta Hawks overcame Golden State’s one-two backcourt punch with balance, beating the Warriors 124-116 on Friday night in a showdown between the NBA’s two conference leaders. Seven Hawks scored in double figures.

The Hawks are balanced and deep. I still think it is much to early to crown them a contender at this point. The Bulls are still my pick as long as they healthy, and Cleveland would be a great choice despite their coaching.

Jeff Teague and the Hawks are playing great basketball and now the Hawks passed Golden State for the best record in the NBA>

Klay Thompson had 29 points, and Stephen Curry put up 26 points with 9 dimes.
