Rapper Childish Gambino Recorded Latest Album at Chris Bosh’s Mansion

Will we see a collab on the court between Childish Gambino and Chris Bosh any time soon?

Chris Bosh is an NBA superstar with an impressive career that has included eight All-Star appearances and two world championships under his belt, along with making the All-NBA Second Team in 2007. Most people would be content with that resume, but Chris Bosh can now lay claim to the fact that he played a part in the production of Childish Gambino’s much anticipated new album Because the Internet, which is set for official release December 10th.

Bosh rented his Pacific Palisades, California mansion out to Childish Gambino and his friends to the tune of $45,000.00 for a month, the rapper revealed during an interview with Tim Westwood “Me and my friends rented a house,”  Gambino told Westwood.

“It was Chris Bosh’s mansion. I shouted him out before. We stayed there, and we just ate s’mores and, like, made songs and stuff like that.”

While his involvement was nothing more than letting actor/writer/rapper/singer/producer Childish Gambino use his mansion to record the album, it’s still a fun fact for those familiar with either of these two star’s work.

Now that the two have revealed their ties, what is next in store for the dynamic duo? Will we get to see Donald Glover, who is the man behind the moniker Childish Gambino, on the court any time soon? Will the Miami Heat star lay down a verse with Glover on the upcoming album? Stay tuned.
